Ekaris Returns & Refund Policy

At Ekaris, every product we create is made with love, care, and purity, just the way we’d make it for our own family. We take great pride in the quality of our A2 ghee and wood-pressed oils, and we want you to have a wonderful experience every time you shop with us.

However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to make sure any issue is resolved quickly and kindly.

1. When You Can Request a Return

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
Just share a few clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice so we can investigate and help right away.

We promise to handle your concern with care and ensure a fair resolution.

2. Items We’re Unable to Accept Back

Since our products are food-grade and carefully sealed for purity, we can’t accept returns of:
-Opened or partially used products.
-Items purchased during special offers or discounts.

This policy helps us maintain the integrity and hygiene of every item that leaves our kitchen.

3. How to Begin a Return

Reach out to us at info@ekaris.in or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID. Our team will review your request and guide you step-by-step through the process. Depending on your location, we’ll either arrange a pickup or request you to ship the product back safely. We’ll stay in touch throughout, so you’re never left wondering what happens next.

4. Refunds and Replacements

Once we receive and verify the returned item:
-We can replace your product at no extra cost, or
-Refund your payment within 5–7 business days to your original method.

Whatever the situation, we’ll do our best to make things right.
