Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and handed over to our courier partners within 1-3 business days from the time of successful payment.
During festivals, sales, or exceptional demand, processing times may be slightly longer, but the team always works to dispatch your order at the earliest.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery time depends on your location and the courier network servicing your area.
Once your order is shipped, you receive tracking details via email or message so you can follow your parcel’s journey until it reaches you.
Shipping Coverage and Charges
Ekaris ships to most serviceable pin codes across India through trusted delivery partners.
Any applicable shipping charges, if not already mentioned as “free shipping”, are clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Packaging and Handling
All jars and bottles are packed securely with multiple layers of protection to minimize any risk of leakage or breakage in transit.
If a package appears visibly damaged on arrival, you are encouraged to record photos or videos before opening and contact the support team promptly.
Delays and Exceptions
While Ekaris works closely with reliable courier partners, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, logistical constraints, strikes, or other factors beyond direct control.
In such cases, the support team will do its best to assist, follow up with the courier, and keep you informed.
Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to Ekaris due to incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts being unsuccessful, or refusal at the doorstep, a reshipment may incur additional shipping charges.
In situations where a reshipment is not possible, any refund or credit will be handled as per the internal policy after reviewing the case.
International Shipping
At present, Ekaris primarily serves customers within India.
If and when international shipping becomes available, the website will display updated information on eligible countries, charges, and timelines.
