All Ekaris, products are naturally made in small batches, ensuring freshness and authenticity.
Because we never use artificial stabilizers or additives, you may notice slight differences in color, aroma, or texture — this is a mark of genuine, hand‑crafted quality.

We do our best to keep every product available, but sometimes a particular batch may sell out. If that happens, our team will reach out to offer a suitable alternative or arrange a prompt refund.


3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are mentioned in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
While we work hard to maintain stable prices, they may change based on raw material costs or seasonal variations. Any promotions or offers will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. If there’s any issue with processing or verification, we’ll reach out immediately to help resolve it.

We prepare and dispatch your orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier network, and unforeseen circumstances like weather or transport delays.
