Ekaris Full Moon Gir Cow Ghee
Full Moon Ghee is ghee that is traditionally prepared on the day or night of the full moon (Purnima). In Ayurvedic and Vedic traditions, the full moon is considered a time of heightened natural energy, purity, and nourishment. Because of this, some producers intentionally make or finish the ghee during the full moon cycle.
